Frequently Asked Questions

To ensure deep presence and physical comfort during any of our sessions, I recommend the following:

  • Nutrition: Avoid heavy meals at least 2 hours before your appointment. For the best experience and mental clarity, it is ideal to have a light, nourishing meal earlier in the day.

  • Hydration: Stay hydrated, but try to limit large amounts of liquids 1 hour before the session to ensure uninterrupted relaxation.

  • Mindset: Arrive a few minutes early to allow your pace to slow down. Wearing comfortable clothing is recommended for both Bodywork and Mindset sessions.

  • Openness: Come as you are. Whether we are navigating emotional patterns or physical tension, your only job is to be present.

I require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This allows me to manage my schedule and offer the time to other clients. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a fee.

While sessions are under licensed holistic practices in the City of Toronto, they are not provided by a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and are therefore not eligible for insurance reimbursement. Practices integrate specialized bodywork and holistic training acquired through international experience over five years of professional expertise.

Holistic Bodywork is a hands-on session that draws from Indian and Chinese energy traditions, using touch, pressure, and energy pathways to release tension, support energy flow, and help align chakras. Each session promotes deep relaxation, emotional clarity, and restores your body’s natural balance.

Reiki is primarily offered as a separate service. However, it is integrated into the 90' Signature to provide a complete physical and energetic experience.

Reiki is a gentle Japanese energy healing practice in which a trained practitioner channels universal life force energy through their hands, placed lightly on or just above the body, to promote deep relaxation, clear energetic blockages and support emotional and physical balance.

These are conversation-based sessions conducted in a comfortable, seated setting, designed to support reflection, self-awareness, and personal development. Integrated with optional sensory elements such as crystals, aromatherapy, breathwork, mindfulness practices, and frequency-based sound, each session offers a calm and supportive environment for exploring the themes that matter most to you.

Through attentive listening, guided reflection, and mindfulness practices when appropriate, we explore recurring patterns, perspectives, and challenges that may be influencing your daily life. Depending on your goals, I may offer practical tools, new perspectives, and supportive practices to help you navigate life with greater clarity, balance, and intention.
