Meet Samir Yusuf —
ADHD Coach in Toronto

I believe meaningful change starts with understanding how you actually function. When there is space to slow down, notice patterns, and work with yourself rather than against yourself, new possibilities become easier to see.

I work with ADHD adults to build emotional balance and stronger executive function — often drawing on my background in the arts, which also shapes how I support creative performers navigating focus and self-expression. My approach combines coaching, mindfulness, reflection, and practical strategies to support focus, follow-through, and meaningful change.

The work we do together

Balance
Learning to move through overwhelm, overthinking, and reactivity with more steadiness, so energy and emotion feel less like something happening to you and more like something you can navigate.

Reconnection
Reconnecting with your values, sense of meaning, and self-esteem, so your choices come from a clearer sense of who you are and what matters to you.

Structure
Building the clarity, consistency, and effective strategies that turn insight into action, creating resilience and focus you can rely on day to day.

Presence
Cultivating openness, self-perception, and presence, so you can show up more fully in how you think, create, and connect with others.

Many people come to coaching because they feel overwhelmed, stuck, emotionally drained, or disconnected from themselves. They may be experiencing procrastination, frustration, recurring patterns, relationship challenges, difficulty finding clarity, or a sense that something feels out of balance.

Our work begins with awareness. The first step toward meaningful change is choosing to look within and better understand your own thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and experiences. Through reflection, thoughtful conversations, and practical exercises, we explore the patterns that shape your life and develop a clearer understanding of what supports you and what holds you back.

Emotional regulation is not about controlling or avoiding emotions. It is about developing the ability to experience emotions with greater awareness, respond with intention, and build trust in yourself. Together, we create practical tools and strategies that fit your individual needs, helping you develop a stronger foundation for focus, resilience, and balance.

Lasting change happens gradually. Through small, intentional steps, you can build greater clarity, reconnect with your values, strengthen your sense of direction, and create a more authentic way of moving through life.

In our sessions, we may explore:

  • Personal patterns,

  • Develop new perspectives,

  • Strengthen emotional awareness, and

  • Design practical approaches to help you navigate challenges with more confidence.

Many of us carry the belief that something about us is broken or wrong, and that change means fixing or becoming someone else. But this work isn't about changing who you are. It's about making space for the piece of art you already are. The key is reconnecting with yourself, and building the internal resources needed to live, work, create, and relate with greater presence, not just survive.

My background in acting and character development also influences my approach to presence and self-expression. This perspective brings attention to the connection between mind, body, emotions, and creativity, supporting deeper self-awareness and helping you work through creative blocks, personal challenges, and moments where you feel disconnected from your natural expression.

My role is to provide a supportive space where you can develop the awareness, skills, and confidence to return to your own center, navigate life with greater emotional balance, and create meaningful, sustainable change.

Are you willing to start this journey toward your whole self?
